About Bonnie
Bonnie Anderson is no longer the 12 year old girl you remember for Australia’s Got Talent!
Now 20 years old, Bonnie Anderson has spent years polishing her perform and song-writing skills to arrive at this point – confident, grown up and already shining; she knows her own mind and understands what she wants to communicate through music.
After winning the first series of Australia’s Got Talent in 2007, Bonnie declines taking the route of the instant popstar and opted instead to put her head down and work solidly on developing herself as an accomplished song-writer and performer – the results of which have been revealed with Bonnie releasing her first singles as a fully-formed recording artist with an extensive performance resume.
Her latest single “RODEO” came out of a collaboration between Bonnie and the legendary songwriter Billy Mann during a writing trip to New York earlier this year.
“RODEO” reveals the fun-loving, playful side to Bonnie, including all the weird and whacky traits that make people wonderful. The video is a behind-the-scenes take on a video shoot, juxtaposing reality with production. It captures Bonnie in her element, enjoying life and taking every challenge head-on.
Bonnie’s last single “Blackout” reached GOLD status on the ARIA charts, reaching #18, and also reached #9 on Shazam Charts. The video was a performance video, embracing a highly stylised look, and providing a definitive insight into Bonnie’s personality with a risqué edge.
Bonnie Anderson goes from strength to strength, with over 150 gigs, her debut single “Raise the Bar” and a recent Australian tour with UK superstar Olly Murs under her belt, Bonnie Anderson is ready for the next phase in her ever-evolving career.
