His football career saw him play 324 games. His accolades include being named in the Hawthorn Football Club Team of the Century and dual premierships with the Essendon Football Club. He was a three-time All-Australian who represented Victoria in state of origin competition 14 times. In 2009 he was inducted into the AFL Hall of Fame.
Salmon’s media work has included hosting Channel Seven’s Sportsworld and commentary for Triple M radio broadcasts. His business skills have seen him create and grow three companies which he successfully operates simultaneously. His latest, Premium Brands Group, connects prestige brands to assist in growth of corporate interests.
Salmon blends business and sporting worlds while sharing experiences of his journey. Always informative and entertaining, the 2000 Father of the Year is a respected MC for formal and informal functions.
