Jacqui Louder is a highly experienced sport and performance psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience working across elite sport and clinical practice. She specialises in elite performance, mental health and eating disorders, supporting athletes and high performers to optimise both wellbeing and results.
In recent years, Jacqui has undertaken specialised training in neurodiversity, applying this expertise within high-performance sporting environments. Her work focuses on creating adaptive systems that better support neurodiverse athletes, while also assisting coaches and organisations to manage, understand and maximise the strengths of neurodiverse individuals across all levels of sport.
