Jack Revens, creator and Personal Entertrainer™ from The Men’s Movement has been involved in the health & fitness industry for over 40 years which he enjoys sharing with others to help them achieve their goals.
Jack has a breadth of knowledge and experience gained from a variety of roles in the industry. This experience is complemented by tertiary studies in Physical Education and experience as a Physical Education teacher that provides a solid foundation for training and motivating clients. His keen insight into others and easy going style assists him to train a wide variety of people and for them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Jack built several successful personal training studios, including SWEAT Middle Park, SWEAT Mt Eliza and SWEAT Torquay and in 2010 turned the studio in Middle Park into a fully equipped Health club now known as MiddleParkFitness. He also authored ‘Big Fat Lies’ that focuses on demystifying the myths in the health and fitness industry and offers a no nonsense approach to successful weight loss and fitness.
Jack’s easy going style combined with his musical/entertainment background allows him to communicate to a wide variety of people and for them to improve in a fun and entertaining manner.
