Sciona Browne is a Director of Meridian Capital Pty Ltd, a private Fund Management company based in Fremantle. She previously held senior management positions in two venture capital firms, The Evandale House Group and Venture Capital Corporation International Pty Ltd.
Sciona put her business life on hold when in 2002 she entered Australian Survivor. Sciona’s success on Survivor was as a result strategies she put in place, tactics she employed and physical and mental training she entered before the game. Previously involved in senior management positions in the aviation industry, Sciona is a qualified test pilot and has worked in the USA, Malaysia and Australia on complex, multi-faceted R & D projects. Her achievements include being Australia’s first female test pilot. In 1994 Sciona was awarded the prestigious Nancy Bird Trophy for her contribution to the aviation industry in Australasia.
