Karl Langdon is one of the finest sporting commentators and media personalities in Western Australia. A high profile player during his playing career, Karl’s is an incredible story. His sporting career started at the prestigious Guildford Grammar School where he captained cricket, football and athletics.
In 1985 he was awarded school Sportsman of the Year. He began his professional career with WAFL club Subiaco before being drafted by the West Coast Eagles Football Club in 1987. Karl went on to play over 100 games, including the Eagles inaugural premiership, and represented Western Australia in State of Origin competition five times.
An exciting and entertaining player, he retired in 1996 and became one of the nation’s best football commentators. Karl specializes in motivational team building speeches, hosting quiz nights, guest speaking and radio and television voice overs. Karl has been a part of countless sporting club functions, auctions and charity/fundraising events.
