The author of 16 books on business management, Ian is the most published business author in New Zealand’s history. Ian has considerable experience in retail. His road show for the New Zealand Retailers Association attracted the largest audiences in the association’s history. Ian is or has been Customer Care Advisor to such retail brands as the Holiday Coast Credit Union, Bras N Things, Sanity Entertainment, Diva, Lovisa, Adairs and Dusk.
Ian is one of only a handful of New Zealanders invited to address the Million Dollar Round Table in the USA. He is currently customer care advisor to BrokerWeb and to the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand.
