Michael Kasprowicz is a former Australian international cricketer, respected sports leader, businessman and keynote speaker whose journey from elite sport to the boardroom offers powerful lessons for teams and organisations. Over a 19-season professional cricket career, Kasprowicz played 38 Tests and 43 ODIs for Australia as a right-arm fast bowler and became Queensland’s all-time leading wicket-taker in first-class cricket — a testament to his perseverance, resilience and sustained performance at the highest level.

Off the field, Michael has served in influential leadership roles including Director on the Board of Cricket Australia, President of the Australian Cricketers’ Association, and Interim CEO of Queensland Cricket. He is also a business strategist, founder of the international consultancy Venture India, and a member of the Australian India Business Council, drawing on global insights into leadership, culture, communication and stakeholder engagement.
