Jason Akermanis is a legend of the AFL’s modern era and one of the all-time greats. This triple premiership player (2001, 2002, 2003), four-time All-Australian and 2001 Brownlow medalist played 325 games and kicked 407 goals. He was one of the players fans paid to see. His trademark handstand after the siren was something to behold.
A noted performer across all mediums, ‘Aker’ is an in demand speaker and performer. Between radio, writing a column for the Herald-Sun and professional speaker and MC bookings he still finds time for go karting and competition golf.
Jason is happily married with two young girls. Controversial but always in demand, the public still can’t get enough of Aker.
