Ian describes his style: “A couple of years later I was given 3 months to live and my previous and precious learnings were vital to my survival. I resolved then that I would never die wondering. Candor is my trademark. I am not for everyone for I confront BS and help people to humanely remove warts, skeletons in closets, and elephants from boardrooms, offices, factories and shops.
I am contrarian and sometimes controversial, always compassionate. Leaders wanting to reduce employee turnover, increase employee driven engagement, and grow their businesses in ways that are good for people and our planet, find me a breath of fresh air.
